Return Policy
Return services may
be delayed as a result of COVID-19 safety measures.
If an item isn’t
the perfect match, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery*
in the original condition and packaging.
Please note that
you are responsible for the costs of returning items.
Mattress Return
Policy
If you don't open
your mattress, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery* in the
original condition and packaging (Please note that you are responsible for the
costs of returning items.) Once your mattress is opened, unfortunately we
do not accept return.
Some items cannot
be returned, including:

Items which are
personalised or customised to your specifications

Bazaar Express gift certificates
If your order
arrives damaged or defective, please see the Replacing Damaged Items.
(*) The day on
which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you
acquires, physical possession of the goods.
Replacing Damaged
Items or Missing Parts
If your order
arrives damaged or defective, we can offer a replacement unit or parts at no
cost. Simply contact us about damaged items or missing parts
You may have to
upload a picture of the damaged item. We recommend that you inspect your item
upon delivery and report any issues within 14 days of receiving the item.
If your package
appears severely damaged upon delivery, please write down “Package Damaged”
when signing the delivery slip. Afterward, you can request a replacement at no
extra cost on.
Refunds
What are my refund options?
You can receive a
refund to Store Credit (never expires!) or to your original payment method,
minus return shipping costs if we arrange return otherwise you must
return the items and cover the costs of returning items.
When will I receive my refund?
For store credit
and gift card refunds, we’ll credit your account within 1 business day once
we’ve received notification that you have returned your item(s).
For credit card
refunds, we’ll begin issuing your refund once we’ve received notification that
you have returned your item(s). Most banks will process the refund within 3-5
business days.
For all other
refund methods, please allow up to 2 weeks for us to fully process your return
and issue your refund.

Cancellations
If you change your
mind before your items are dispatched, you can request a cancellation by
clicking Return an item in My Account. You can also contact us or use the Cancellation Form.
All cancellation requests are subject to a 1 business day review period. If the
cancellation is confirmed, you will receive an email and a refund for the item
and the delivery cost within 5 business days.
While we endeavour
to process all requests, not all cancellations are possible. Should your
cancellation not be confirmed, you will receive an email informing you of this
as well as information regarding how you can set up a return via My Account.
